TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order for products, you are offering to buy the product under the terms and conditions of sale.
To purchase any products from Medicinal Blends, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have a valid credit or debit card issued by an acceptable bank. By placing an order, (1) you confirm that all the information you provide to Medicinal Blends is true and accurate. Also, (2) you represent and warrant that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order, and (3) there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods ordered.
All orders placed on this Website are subject to (1) product availability and (b) Medicinal Blends' confirmation of the order quantity and price. Medicinal Blends retains the right to refuse any orders. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
Product shipment may vary according to availability and is subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure, for which Medicinal Blends is not responsible.
(a) Medicinal Blends Contract
After you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. Please note that this email does not signify an acceptance of your order. A contract between you and Medicinal Blends will only be formed when you receive an email confirmation stating that your ordered goods have been shipped to you. The confirmation email sent at the time of shipment will only include the goods that are being shipped to you.
(b)Pricing and Availability
Please note that despite our best efforts to ensure accuracy, errors may occur in product details, descriptions and prices. In the event that we discover an error in the price of any goods that you have ordered, we will promptly inform you about the error. You will have the option to either reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the order canceled. If you choose to cancel the order after you have already paid for the goods, we will provide you with a full refund.
Delivery costs are in addition to product prices.
(c) Payment
On receipt of your order, Medicinal Blends will seek authorization for payment from your card issuer. Your card will be debited upon receipt of that authorization, and the funds received will be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you have ordered.
(d) Returns and Refunds
If your product was damaged during transit, please send us an email with a picture of the damage, and we will ship you a new product without any additional charges. In case you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a complete refund of the purchase price within 15 days from the date of purchase. However, the product must be returned to us in its original condition to receive a refund. Once we receive the product, we will issue a refund within 7-10 business days.
